STATEMENT ON PRIVACY AND SECURITY OF INFORMATION

The following policy explains the information gathering and dissemination practices of AppMail LLC ("AppMail") with respect to its task management service (the "Service").

Information Collected

1. Your Personally Identifiable Information Collected by AppMail:

When you register with the AppMail Service, our registration form requires you to give us your name and email address. We may also request additional information. AppMail will also collect other information you volunteer to us through use of our Service. We refer to this information as "Personally Identifiable Information." You may always choose not to provide such Personally Identifiable Information; however, this may limit our ability to provide you with a specific service or particular content. We may also collect demographic and other data, which may include Personally Identifiable Information, generally through surveys and forms which you may or may not choose to participate in.

2. Information Collected by Your Use of the Service:

When you use the Service, including by sending or receiving a response to an appmail or downloading your address book or other contact information, such information will be collected and stored on AppMail's servers. AppMail may also choose to collect and store this information on third party servers with whom AppMail will enter into an agreement for such purpose.

3. AppMail Contact Information:

In order to send a 'task appmail' to recipients through the Service, we require that you submit to AppMail a current, valid email address for each recipient. When you send a task appmail to recipients through our Service, we collect and retain the email addresses or other pertinent contact information of the recipients. Except as described below in the Section titled "When We May Disclose Your Personally Identifiable Information, AppMail Data or Recipient Contact Information", we do not sell, share or otherwise provide the recipient contact information you submit to AppMail to any third party.

4. Cookies:

AppMail wants to optimize your experience by ensuring that the most relevant information, promotions and offers are displayed to you while using the AppMail web site. A common manner in which to do this is by placing cookies on your computer. Cookies are strings of text and numbers that can identify your computer to us when you visit our site, and which may be correlated with your Personally Identifiable Information in our log files.

5. IP Address:

When you visit our site, we log standard information such as your IP address, which is a number that can be used to identify your location and Internet Service Provider, along with the URL from which you came to our site and the URLs visited on our site. A URL is the full address of a Web site page, which may or may not contain some Personally Identifiable Information about the person who is viewing it.

When we send messages to you or others, we may provide a URL link to the AppMail web site that contains an alphanumeric identifier, which allows us to identify the person to whom we sent the message so that we can personalize our content for that individual.

Use of Information

1. Use Of Your Personally Identifiable Information by AppMail:

AppMail does not sell, share or otherwise provide any "Personally Identifiable Information" you give to us with any third party without your consent, which may be obtained through an opt-in or opt-out request, unless required by law, court order or as required to technically operate the service, or to complete a transaction or order. AppMail does reserve the right to share your Personally Identifiable Information with its parent, subsidiary or affiliated entities. We use the collected Personally Identifiable Information to contact the recipients on your AppMail list, to contact you in connection with your task management activities, posting and other activities on the site, and to operate the Service. Each communication we send to you, other than communications sent to you for the sole purpose of addressing a technical or operational issue regarding the AppMail service, will give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving further communications from us.

2. Use Of Recipient Contact Information:

We use your recipient's contact information to allow them to respond to and comment on your task appmails. At your request, we may send reminders or other follow-up appmails to you and your appmail recipients. If you use our reminders service, we use the information you provide in your reminders to send it to you and others to whom you have requested it be sent. AppMail does not sell, share or otherwise provide any recipient's contact information you give to us with any third party, unless required by law, court order or as required to technically operate the service.

Recipients may unsubscribe from a particular sender or task manager. They will then not receive any further appmails from that sender.

3. Use Of Cookies:

We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests, among other purposes. You can always choose not to accept cookies through your browser's preference options, but you may not be able to use some of our services if you do not accept cookies.

4. Use Of IP Addresses:

We use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site and otherwise provide our Service to you. IP addresses may be disclosed to third party if AppMail believes in good faith that the law or legal process requires it, or to protect the rights or property of AppMail or others.

When We May Disclose Your Personally Identifiable Information, AppMail Content, Data or Recipient Contact Information

AppMail may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information, the contents of your task appmails or other private communications, or the contact information of your appmail recipients if required to do so by law or court order. Your Personally Identifiable Information may also be disclosed if necessary in order to complete a transaction such as the fulfillment of an order or purchase placed by you. AppMail will in no way disclose the contents of your appmails other than to the intended recipient(s) unless required (1) by law or court order, (2) to protect AppMail's rights and property, (3) to protect against unauthorized use of the AppMail web site, and (4) during emergencies such as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk. Also, certain technical processing of appmail messages and their content may be required to: (1) send and receive messages; (2) conform to connecting networks' technical requirements; (3) conform to the limitations of the Service; or (4) conform to other similar requirements.

It is possible that as we continue to develop our web site and our business, AppMail and/or its business assets might be acquired. In such a transaction, customer information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

This site has industry standard security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and integrity of the information under our control. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected by the AppMail service in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.
